A: Pets are welcome as long as they are well behaved and under control of their owners.
Q: I have purchased my ticket online, now what?
A: Your tickets will be at the will call tent at the entrance of Swampfest where you will need to show your ID to get a voucher to exchange for your wristband at the ticket booth.
Q: Do I need a wristband to ride the carnival rides?
A: No, you may also purchase individual tickets to only ride what you choose. Individual tickets can be used any day. The wristband gets you unlimited rides for one day at Swampfest.
Q: I have purchased a voucher from a local school, how do I use it to get my wristband?
A: When you arrive at Swampfest, bring your voucher to the ticket booth to exchange it for your wristband.
Q: Is there a charge to attend Swampfest.
A: No, there is no charge to attend or enter the midway. However, there are charges for the rides, food, beer, games and parking.
Q: Am I able to drop off attendees and pick them up later rather than park?
A: Yes, there is a designated drop off location in front of the Heritage Park main building. You can drop off and pick up from this location. Someone must remain in the car at all times if parked in the drop off area. You may use this option to send someone in to pick up wristbands for a different day.
Q: Is Swampfest cashless? Do you take credit cards? Is there an ATM onsite?
A: Most activities take credit cards; however, some games may only take cash. There is NOT an ATM onsite.
Q: If I want to attend multiple days, do I need multiple wristband tickets?
A: If you intend to ride multiple days, the wristbands are only good on the day they are redeemed at the ticket booth. You can purchase multiple vouchers, pick them up at will call and choose when you exchange them at the ticket booth.
Q: I was unable to attend this year, but have a pre-bought voucher. Am I able to get a refund?
A: You can either bring your voucher to will call for a refund or you may save it for the following year.
Q: Is the entertainment on the stage free? Am I able bring my own chair to watch the entertainment?
A: Entertainment is free to enjoy. You are welcome to bring your own chairs to enjoy the entertainment.
